30-minute consult and assessment call

No weekly check-ins or messaging access — just a clear plan and the responsibility to follow through.
Best for: Self-motivated individuals who want expert direction without ongoing coaching.
Monthly Coaching
$200/mo
Ongoing remote coaching with regular accountability and feedback.
Includes:
Custom training and nutrition plan
Weekly check-ins for updates and adjustments
Messaging access for questions and support between check-ins
This option does not include in-person training — all coaching is done remotely.
Best for: Clients who want structure, support, and a personalized coaching relationship.
In-Person Personal Training
$65/session or $600 for 10 sessions
Train with Mari at Littleton Fitness for a full hour of focused, hands-on coaching.
Includes:
One-on-one in-person training sessions
Real-time feedback on form, technique, and intensity
Standalone or added on to any coaching plan

About Mari
Mari Myers is a personal trainer and nutrition coach who doesn’t believe in shortcuts or quick fixes — just real work, real food, and results that last. With a background in gymnastics, CrossFit, bodybuilding, and endurance sports, Mari brings serious experience to the table, but her style is down-to-earth, approachable, and direct.
She works with people who are ready to show up — whether they’re brand new to strength training, frustrated with diets that don’t stick, or looking to build real confidence in (and out of) the gym. Mari’s coaching focuses on practical, personalized training and nutrition that fits real life — no extremes, just progress.
Based in Littleton, New Hampshire, Mari offers coaching both online and in-person, with many of her clients training alongside her at Littleton Fitness — a 24/7 community gym she proudly leads.
